Yes! Here’s how little things matter-
➡️ Change your toothbrush every 3 months.
Dentistry is not expensive, Neglect is! 4 toothbrushes a year !
3 months is a good time to discard your toothbrush as their bristles get frayed.
If you notice fraying of bristles earlier than 3 months, probably you are an aggressive brusher.
➡️ Also change it once you have recovered from any sickness (cold/ flu/ sore throat) You do not want the microbes and germs from your sickness, that are embedded in your tootbrush, to again attack you.
Remember-
🌱 soft bristles, gentle cleaning for atleast 2 minutes 🫶
🌱 Find a place on your bathroom counter in a far corner, as far from the toilet and sink as possible while keeping the toothbrushes within reach. Because aerosols in air contribute to spraying of germs through the air.
➡️ I hope this helps in building a solid foundation in your Oral hygiene regime ❤️🩹🦷

Yes, there are benefits with electric toothbrushes such as:
➡️ Efficient plaque removal because of its greater vibration speed
➡️ Smaller brush head allowing better access to reach all areas
➡️ Pressure sensor to help prevent hard brushing
➡️ 2min built in timer
BUT
What really matters is CORRECT BRUSHING TECHNIQUE and TIME spent brushing!
An electric toothbrush isn’t superior if these two criteria are not met.
🪥 Those already using Electric toothbrush, here’s a gentle reminder to modify your technique-
Don’t scrub when using an electric toothbrush. Let it do its job (vibrations)
Place brush head in a 45 degree angle towards the gum line and move the brush along your teeth ✨
